Rules for participation in the competition "30 x 100 € shopping vouchers to be won" of the company Schuhhaus Horsch GmbH

Article 1: Time frame of the competition

From 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 the Schuhhaus Horsch conducts on the website www.horsch-shop.de , the participation of which is accessible by subscribing to the Horsch newsletter via a pop-up window on the homepage.

The company Schuhhaus Horsch GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the "organising company") with its registered office in Stuttgart, Hedelfingerstr. 54, 70327 Stuttgart is the provider of the competition.

Article 2: Conditions of participation

Participation in the competition is subject to the rules listed here. Any person of legal age residing in Germany may participate, provided that all the conditions of this article are met. Minors (under 18), employees or partners of the organising company as well as spouses and direct ancestors or descendants of employees or partners of the organising company are excluded from participation. A person may enter the prize draw only once and with only one email address.

Participation is only possible online via the corresponding registration form. The participant is requested to correctly enter all information required for contacting the company (such as e-mail address and title) in order to be notified in the event of a win. At the same time, he/she registers for the Horsch newsletter - unsubscribing is possible at any time. Any fraud demonstrably carried out or attempted in the course of the game, in particular the assumption of false identities to create several participation accounts, will result in exclusion from the competition.

Persons already registered for the newsletter can participate in the prize draw by entering the e-mail address used in the field provided in the pop-up window.

Article 3: Winnings

Every month, at least 30x 100 Euro in the form of a shopping voucher will be raffled among the registered participants. The shopping voucher can be redeemed in the Horsch online shop: each of the winners drawn will be given the opportunity to select goods worth up to 100 euros and have them delivered. If the selected value of goods exceeds the prize amount, the additional costs are to be borne by the customer.

Conditions in this framework: The goods worth 100 euros each are to be selected within 2 months after notification of the prize as part of a single order.

The selection is technically carried out like an online purchase, without concluding a purchase contract. It cannot be linked to discount promotions or sales, nor to % sales. It is not possible to make the selection in several orders. A cash payment, also of remaining amounts, is excluded, as well as an offsetting of remaining amounts on supplementary online purchases. An exchange of the goods selected within the scope of the competition is possible once only. With this one-time exchange possibility, all or (related) parts of the selected goods can be exchanged for others of the range of goods. Further subsequent exchanges are excluded.

The organising company reserves the right to check the correctness of the data of a drawn participant before handing over the prize. Presentation of an identity card may be required.

Article 4: Drawing of the winners

The winners will be selected at the beginning of each following month by means of an electronic draw.

Article 5: Notification of winners

Within one week of the draw, the winners will be notified personally by the organising company by e-mail. Therefore, each participant is requested to check the e-mail account regularly during this period and to ensure receipt of the prize notification. As soon as a participant drawn as a winner has confirmed his postal address, an amount of 200 Euros will be credited to his customer account by the organising company for the technical implementation of the prize selection. The customer account should be linked to the e-mail address used to register for the newsletter and thus participate in the prize draw. This enables the one-time selection of goods of the corresponding value without the conclusion of a purchase.

Should the winner not be available or not accept the prize within 30 days of notification of the prize and publication of the draw results, the prize will be forfeited. The same applies if the prize is not redeemed within the validity period of the voucher or if it is not specified in a selection order. A new draw will not take place.

Article 6: Legal claim

The participant cannot legally claim the winnings or sue for payment of the amount. Legal recourse is excluded. Participation is independent of a purchase from Horsch, but is bound to the subscription to the newsletter.

Article 7: Modification of the conditions of the competition

The organising company reserves the right to cancel the competition, to change the conditions of entry or to replace the prizes with other prizes of equal value in the event of circumstances arising which could have a significant detrimental effect on the competition or which could have a significant effect on further processing. Horsch cannot be held liable for these changes.

Article 8: Consent to publication of participant names

By merely participating in the game, all winners consent to being mentioned by name on Facebook. No financial compensation can be claimed for this.

Of course, all participants have the possibility to explicitly object to the publication of such information in each case with effect for the future by contacting our Support info@horsch-schuhe.de.

Article 9: Consent to the rules

By participating in the competition, you accept these regulations in full.

The terms and conditions are available online to all participants free of charge and can also be sent by e-mail upon request. It is not possible to send them by post.

Article 11: Right of access, information and objection

You can obtain information about the personal data we have stored about you at any time. Furthermore, you have the possibility at any time to revoke the collection and storage of your personal data or to change information. To do so, please contact our support (for contact details, see article 1) or send an e-mail to info@horsch-schuhe.de. The organizing company assures you that your data will only be used within the scope authorized by you.

Article 12: Responsibility for general web content and services

The organising company cannot be held responsible for general internet connection problems or similar on the site.

By registering for the competition, the participant confirms that he/she is aware of and accepts general procedures of the World Wide Web. This applies in particular to technical questions and services, time periods for processing enquiries, connection problems as well as general risks and the danger of viruses when accessing a website. The Schuhhaus Horsch is not responsible for this.
