You have ordered an (item / product), that does not fit or is not to your liking? No problem!
Items purchased via our Horsch online shop may be returned 14 days of complete delivery. The goods may only be returned unworn and in the original packaging, along with the proof of purchase.
Within Germany returns are free of charge.
Include your invoice with the package.
Create your DHL return slip. Within Germany, the return is free of charge; customers abroad bear the return costs themselves. Please note that freight collect shipments will not be accepted. Please do not send returns to our branches, but only to the following address:

This is the link to create your DHL return slip.
- Fill out the form.
- You will then receive an e-mail from DHL.
- The return note with barcode is attached to this e-mail.
Print out your DHL return slip or show the QR code at your local post office.
They will in turn, create a return label for you.
Stick your DHL return label clearly visible on the package.Please note that the old sticker has been removed.
Take your package to the post office.
Upon receiving the items, we will refund the purchase price paid, via the method of payment you chose. Please note for cash on delivery orders to include the bank details for a return transfer. The refund will usually be made on the same day.
Returns also possible in any of our branches
When making a return at a branch, please ensure that you have the proof of purchase. Our branches cannot process the return without the original invoice. After receiving the goods, we will promptly refund the purchase price to you in the same way as you paid. Please note that for cash on delivery orders, the bank details for a return transfer must also be provided.
